Due to the growing numbers of COVID-19 cases in our community, we have decided to take all of our schools to a virtual learning model effective Monday, December 7, 2020. This decision was not made lightly, but the health and safety of our students and staff are always our number one priority.

We plan to move to a hybrid model with in-person instruction for all elementary, middle, and high school students on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. The return date will be reevaluated continually as the date gets closer. These decisions are made in consultation with Linden Department of Health.

All school buildings will be closed. Students will continue to learn from home under the virtual model we have used throughout the school year.

Grab-and-go meals will be available for pick-up at all schools each school day from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m.

The coronavirus pandemic has turned life upside down for all of us in so many ways, and our schools are no different. We will continue to persevere to ensure that our students get the best education possible, while keeping everyone healthy and out of harm’s way.

Together we will get through this and continue to be Linden Strong!

Carpe diem,

Dr. Marnie Hazelton
